The problem was never
the cars.
Premium rental had a habit of selling a luxury vehicle and delivering economy service. Queue at an airport desk. Take a hard sell on excess cover. Arrive to find the car you chose has become something “similar”.
We built WiseGlow without public depots so none of that has anywhere to happen. The vehicle is prepared at one of our hubs, driven to you, and handed over properly.
What that means in practice
No counter, no upsell
There is no desk to queue at and no one working a commission on insurance. Cover options are priced with your dates and shown before you commit.
One point of contact
The same team handles your booking from request through to collection. You are not passed between a call centre and a branch.
