Verification protects the fleet and puts you on the policy. The documents it takes to get there are handled accordingly.
The fleet is rare, high-value and performance-focused. Verification is what keeps a vehicle available and in the condition it left the hub — not an administrative hurdle bolted onto the booking.
It is also what places you on the fleet policy. A driver we have not checked cannot be covered, and a vehicle we cannot cover does not leave.
Documents are submitted through a private verification link, sent after a reservation request and valid only for a limited window. Once it expires the link stops working and a new one has to be issued. Please use that route rather than email — we will never ask you to send identity documents by email.
They go to the people who have to see them: our team, the insurer assessing your booking, and the DVLA and verification providers used to confirm licence entitlement. They are never sold.
We do not publish client names, photograph deliveries for marketing, or discuss who is renting what. Your delivery address and itinerary are operational details, not content.
What we will not pretend: vehicles of this value carry tracking and telematics, and some carry dashcams. We use that to find a vehicle that is missing or overdue, to investigate an incident, and to handle claims — not to watch where you go. Access is restricted to people with an operational, safety or legal reason to look.
