The long-hire rate is the lowest daily equivalent in each tariff, usually reached on a monthly booking; the one-day rate is what a single day costs. Seasonal variation applies. Delivery is calculated by distance from the preparation hub and quoted with your rental — never added afterwards.

The security deposit
Held
£250 – £1,000
A pre-authorisation is placed on your card 24 hours before handover — held, not taken. The amount depends on the vehicle and covers the insurance excess.
Released
On return
We release the hold as soon as the vehicle is back and checked. Your bank typically clears it within 1–3 working days after that — that part is on them, not us.
